EndPath Radiotherapeutics (formerly Isotovia Biosciences) is a privately held, stealth-stage biotechnology company focused on developing next-generation radiopharmaceuticals for cancer diagnosis and treatment. Headquartered in Palo Alto, California, and backed by venBio, the company leverages advanced targeting technologies to create highly precise radioligand therapies. In July 2025, EndPath secured an exclusive, worldwide license to Attovia Therapeutics' proprietary ATTOBODY platform technology for radioligand products. Under this collaboration, Attovia is performing initial research and development services to generate biparatopic nanobody-based binders (Attobodies) directed against two initial oncology targets. EndPath is responsible for the subsequent development, manufacturing, and commercialization of these radiopharmaceutical candidates.
