Energenesis Biomedical is a Taiwan-based clinical-stage biotechnology company developing small-molecule therapeutics that aim to restore cellular energy through its proprietary ENERGI platform. The platform is built around activation of AMP activated protein kinase (AMPK) to increase intracellular ATP and is being applied across wound healing, dermatology, metabolic disease, inflammation, neurodegeneration, and other indications. Its lead program, ENERGI-F703 for diabetic foot ulcers, has entered Phase 3 development, while ENERGI-F701 for female hair loss has completed Phase 2 and ENERGI-F705PD for Parkinson's disease has reported positive Phase 1 results. In addition to therapeutics, the company also sells scientific reagents and laboratory services through its bio-service business.
