Enexor Health Systems

Enexor Health Systems was a U.S. medical device company and wholly owned subsidiary of Enexor that was formed in 2020 to design and manufacture critical care ventilators during the COVID-19 pandemic. Its lead and apparently sole product was the Enexor VENT-LS, a piston-driven ventilator developed for hospital use and granted U.S. FDA Emergency Use Authorization in April 2020. The company emphasized durable, lower-cost ventilator design, rapid manufacturability, and deployment in underserved hospitals in the U.S. and internationally. Available evidence suggests the business was a short-lived pandemic-era healthcare initiative rather than a diversified biotech or therapeutics company, and it does not appear to remain an active standalone operating company.
