ENJOUCA

ENJOUCA was launched by Tetra Bio-Pharma in February 2021 as a wholly owned subsidiary/business unit to commercialize branded medical cannabis products in jurisdictions where botanical cannabinoid products could be sold through medical cannabis channels. It was positioned separately from QIXLEEF, which Tetra described as a prescription drug candidate intended for regulated pharmaceutical markets. ENJOUCA appears to have been a commercialization vehicle or brand rather than a fully independent operating biotech company with a broad internal R&D pipeline. Publicly available information links ENJOUCA primarily to Tetra Bio-Pharma's cannabinoid product strategy and to a regional distribution arrangement with DanCann Pharma in the Nordics and Germany. There is limited evidence of ongoing standalone operations for ENJOUCA as of 2026.
