Enopace Biomedical has developed the Harmony™ System, a minimally invasive, leadless neurostimulation implant placed via catheter into the descending aorta. The system aims to improve cardiac efficiency by modulating autonomic balance and reducing left ventricular workload. Early clinical trials have demonstrated successful implantation and initial safety/feasibility in patients with advanced heart failure. Ongoing studies are being conducted at multiple sites in Europe and Israel toward CE Mark approval.
