Overview

Completed Phase 1 clinical program for NSHO-101 that evaluated 184 healthy subjects to assess safety, tolerability, food effects, PK and PD. NSHO-101 demonstrated target engagement, was generally safe and well-tolerated, with no appreciable increases in peripheral lymphocytes, suggesting gut-restricted activity. Recent data presented at ECCO 2025 showed that a once-daily formulation provided sustained, near-complete inhibition of MAdCAM-1 binding to α4β7 integrin with ≥95% receptor occupancy across the 24-hour dosing interval[2][6].
