Enverdis

Enverdis was a German medical technology company focused on non-invasive cardiovascular functional diagnostics rather than a traditional therapeutic biotech pipeline. The company developed and marketed diagnostic systems intended to help detect heart and vascular disease, including products such as CARDIOLOGIC EXPLORER and VASCULAR EXPLORER. Its technology centered on electrode-based biosignal recording and computerized analysis for cardiac and vascular assessment in clinics and medical practices. Enverdis appears to have operated as a private medtech/diagnostics company founded in 1997, and its assets were acquired by Cardisio in January 2022. Following that asset acquisition, Enverdis does not appear to remain an active standalone operating company.
