Enzyme Development Corporation is a long-established manufacturer and supplier of specialty enzymes for food processing, nutraceuticals, animal feed, brewing/distilling, and other industrial applications. They are the only papain producer in the western hemisphere and offer a range of non-GMO, Halal/Kosher certified enzyme products including papain from papaya latex, ficin from fig trees, thistle rennet for cheese making ("Thistlezyme"), bromelain from pineapple stems, fungal proteases/lactases/glucoamylase/pectinase blends.
