Eos SENOLYTIX

Eos SENOLYTIX is a private longevity-focused biotechnology company developing gerotherapeutic peptide medicines that target mitochondrial dysfunction and other core mechanisms of aging. Its proprietary MitoXcel platform is designed to restore mitochondrial bioenergetics and reduce the burden of senescent cells, with the goal of improving healthspan rather than treating only downstream symptoms of age-related disease. The company's lead programs, PTC-2105 and PTC-2107, are proprietary geropeptides that have shown preclinical activity in aged animal models, including improvements in body composition, muscle function, and systemic inflammatory markers. Eos is initially prioritizing sarcopenia and sarcopenic obesity, and in March 2026 it announced a planned reverse merger with Pulmatrix that would result in the combined public company operating under the Eos SENOLYTIX name.
