EosHealth was a U.S. digital health company focused on chronic disease management, particularly diabetes. The company developed a connected diabetes management offering that combined a wireless glucose meter, supplies, real-time data transmission, coaching, education, and personalized feedback for patients and covered members. EosHealth marketed its services to employers, health plans, hospitals, physicians, and their enrolled populations rather than developing therapeutic drugs. The business later became known as Livongo, which went on to scale into a major chronic-condition management platform and was ultimately acquired by Teladoc Health.
