Episcopal Health Foundation

The Episcopal Health Foundation (EHF) is a Houston-based philanthropic organization dedicated to improving community health and advancing health equity across 57 counties in Texas. Established in 2013 following the sale of the St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System, the foundation operates with a $1.2 billion endowment to address the social determinants of health. EHF provides strategic grantmaking, research, and community engagement to support primary care, mental health services, and healthy living environments. The organization focuses on transforming the healthcare system to go beyond medical care and address the root causes of poor health.
