EsoBiotech is a French biotechnology company specializing in the development of next-generation "off-the-shelf" CAR-T cell therapies through in vivo T-cell reprogramming. By utilizing proprietary lentiviral vector technology, the company aims to bypass the complex and costly ex vivo manufacturing processes currently required for traditional CAR-T treatments. Their approach involves the direct injection of vectors to engineer T cells within the patient's body to target specific cancer cells.
