Esperanza Health Centers

Esperanza Health Centers is a Chicago-based nonprofit federally qualified health center serving underserved communities on the city’s Southwest Side. Founded in 2004, the organization provides bilingual primary care, behavioral health, wellness, women’s health, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, substance use treatment, and HIV-related services regardless of immigration status, insurance status, or ability to pay. It operates multiple care sites across neighborhoods including Brighton Park, Little Village, Marquette Park, South Lawndale, and West Lawn, and serves more than 57,000 patients annually. Esperanza is not a biotech or drug-development company; it is a direct healthcare delivery organization with community health, preventive care, and elder-care programming including Panorama PACE.
