Espyr

Espyr was a U.S.-based provider of workplace mental health and well-being programs, operating primarily as an employee assistance program provider for employers, government agencies, and higher education institutions. The company offered counseling, coaching, consulting, clinical intake, work-life services, and trauma and critical incident support, delivered through in-person, virtual, phone, text, and technology-enabled channels. Its product set included digital and support tools such as TalkNow, Myndful, Realyze, and Tess chatbot technology products. In January 2024, Acentra Health acquired EAP Consultants, LLC, doing business as Espyr, to expand Acentra's employee assistance and behavioral health capabilities. Espyr appears to continue primarily as a legacy brand and provider network within Acentra Health rather than as a standalone independent operating company.
