The company focused on research, extraction, formulation, manufacturing, and distribution of hemp-derived cannabidiol ingredients and consumer health, wellness, and beauty products. Its operating footprint included extraction in Montana and New Mexico, manufacturing in Windsor, Ontario, and research and development in Gatineau, Quebec.
