Evariant

Evariant was a U.S. healthcare technology company focused on CRM, patient acquisition, physician alignment, and analytics for hospitals and health systems. Rather than developing therapeutics, it sold a SaaS-based engagement and data platform designed to help provider organizations find, guide, and retain patients, improve service line growth, and optimize physician network utilization. The company was known for its "Patients for Life Platform" and for combining consumer and physician engagement tools with healthcare-specific data intelligence. Evariant was acquired by Healthgrades in January 2020 and no longer appears to operate as an independent active company. Its business fit within healthcare commercial intelligence and provider growth software rather than biotech or pharmaceutical R&D.
