Overview

Oculis has three core clinical assets. OCS‑01 completed enrollment of over 800 patients in two Phase 3 trials for DME with topline data expected Q2 2026. Licaminlimab (OCS‑02) will enter registrational trials for DED using a genotype-based approach. Privosegtor (OCS‑05) showed positive neuroprotective effects in the ACUITY trial for AON and may expand to broader neurophthalmic indications. The company maintains a strong cash position and expects several near-term value inflection points.
