Overview
EXACT Therapeutics has reported positive final results in its Phase 1 ACTIVATE trial targeting liver metastases from colorectal cancer. Preclinical data show promising results in brain cancers and other solid tumors. The ACT® platform demonstrates significant enhancement of drug uptake into tumors and across the blood-brain barrier without damaging capillary walls or requiring reformulation of existing drugs.
