Excellamol

Excellamol is a private South Korean oncology biotechnology company developing injectable, long-acting polypeptide-drug conjugates for hard-to-reach solid tumors. Its proprietary Self-Depot™ OncoPDC platform combines self-assembling polypeptides, tumor-targeting ligands, and potent anticancer payloads to enable localized and prolonged tumor exposure with reduced systemic leakage. The lead pipeline is focused on brain tumors and pancreatic cancer, including IL13Rα2-targeting programs for malignant glioma and a PD-L1-targeting program for pancreatic cancer. The company has reported multiple FDA Orphan Drug Designations and has completed FDA INTERACT meetings to support IND-enabling development. Excellamol is advancing GLP toxicology, pharmacokinetic, CMC, and GMP manufacturing activities with the goal of entering first-in-human studies.
