EXCITE International is a global not-for-profit initiative that accelerates the adoption of disruptive new health technology innovations by harmonizing evidence generation and stakeholder engagement early in the development process. It brings together innovators, regulators, payers, health systems, patients, and end-users to streamline proof-of-concept validation and clinical trial design—reducing time-to-market and increasing the likelihood of successful market access for breakthrough medical devices and value-based healthcare solutions. The organization originated in Canada as MaRS EXCITE but has expanded internationally with strong networks in the US, UK, Netherlands—and partnerships with major regulatory bodies like FDA and NICE.
