Overview

EyeBio has developed Restoret™ (EYE103), an investigational first-in-class tetravalent, tri-specific antibody acting as a Wnt pathway agonist for retinal diseases. Positive safety and tolerability data were reported from the open-label Phase 1b/2a AMARONE study for DME and NVAMD patients. The lead asset will enter pivotal trials for DME in late 2024.
