Overview
EyGen is a Canadian biotech company spun out from Portage Biotech in 2016. Its lead asset, PPL-003, is an NF-κB inhibitor being developed for dry eye syndromes. As of early 2025, the program has not yet entered clinical trials ("Pending" status), and there are no reported clinical results or approvals.[2][3]
