The firm advises providers, trade associations, academic medical centers, states, and other healthcare stakeholders on Medicaid, Medicare, ACA implementation, regulatory counseling, legislative and administrative advocacy, transactions, compliance, and appeals. Its work centers on healthcare financing, coverage policy, delivery-system reform, and related federal and state policy issues rather than drug development or medical products.
