Overview

FameWave developed CM-24, a first-in-class monoclonal antibody targeting CEACAM1. CM-24 demonstrated a favorable safety and tolerability profile and initial monotherapy efficacy in a completed phase 1 trial. Preclinical data suggested synergistic benefit with anti-PD(L)1 therapies. A phase 1b/2a trial of CM‑24 in combination with nivolumab was planned post-acquisition.
