Farber Xintian

Farber Xintian (法伯新天) is a clinical-stage Chinese biotechnology company specializing in molecular imaging diagnostics and targeted radiopharmaceutical therapies (RDCs). Founded in 2016, the company transitioned from a specialized nuclear medicine CRO to an innovative drug developer using its proprietary PharmadaX® platforms (PharmadaX® I for target screening and site-specific radiolabeling, and PharmadaX® II for combining proximal and immunotherapy). Its pipeline features PMD11, an ultrasound contrast agent that has completed Phase 3 trials, and PMD12 (锝[99mTc]-H7ND), a FAP-targeted SPECT/CT diagnostic imaging agent currently in Phase 2 clinical trials for peritoneal metastasis of gastrointestinal malignancies. Additionally, Farber Xintian co-developed the landmark integrin αvβ3-targeted RDC 99mTc-3PRGD2, which received NMPA approval in April 2026 as China's first domestic Class 1 innovative radiopharmaceutical.
