Company intelligence / Profile preview
Fasikl has demonstrated pivotal clinical data showing that its Felix™ NeuroAI™ Wristband provides statistically and clinically significant improvement in essential tremor symptoms compared to sham devices. In a randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled pivotal study ("TRANQUIL"), nearly two-thirds of users achieved at least a 20% reduction in mADL scores versus one-quarter with sham. No serious device-related adverse events were reported. The technology is non-invasive, wearable, and powered by adaptive cloud-based AI for personalized neuromodulation therapy. The MindForce interface has received FDA breakthrough designation for mind-controlled prosthetic applications but remains pre-commercial.[3][5][6]
