Fast Forward Group

FastForward is the venture philanthropy arm of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, established to accelerate the development of new treatments for multiple sclerosis. The organization functions as a bridge between academic research and commercial drug development by providing funding, expertise, and strategic partnerships to biotech companies and researchers. FastForward's portfolio includes a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including neuroprotection, remyelination, and immune system regulation. By de-risking early-stage projects, FastForward aims to attract further investment and speed the delivery of life-changing therapies to individuals living with MS. The group has funded over 30 companies and numerous academic projects since its inception in 2007.
