Fastest Labs is a U.S.-based healthcare services company that provides commercial drug, alcohol, DNA, and related testing services for individuals, employers, and organizations through a large franchise network. The company emphasizes rapid turnaround times, DOT-compliant screening, mobile and on-site collections, workplace testing program management, and court- or immigration-related DNA testing. Fastest Labs originated in 2008 as LabWork NOW Drug Testing of San Antonio, later became Fas-Tes Franchise Systems, and adopted the Fastest Labs brand in the early 2010s. It is not a drug-development biotech or pharma company; rather, it operates clinical and occupational testing service locations across the United States. The business was acquired by LP First Capital in April 2023 and remains active under the Fastest Labs brand.
