Faustus Forschung Compagnie (FFC) was a leading German contract research organization (CRO) headquartered in Berlin that specialized in clinical trial management and regulatory services. Founded in 1988, the company provided comprehensive Phase I through Phase IV clinical research services to the global pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. FFC established a strong reputation for its expertise in navigating the European regulatory landscape and its ability to conduct complex multi-center trials. In June 1998, the company was acquired by PAREXEL International Corporation, a major global CRO, to significantly expand PAREXEL's presence and operational capabilities in Germany and across Europe. Following the acquisition, FFC's operations and staff were integrated into PAREXEL's global network, strengthening its position in the Central European market.
