Federal Street Acquisition Corp (FSAC) was a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) sponsored by an affiliate of Thomas H. Lee Partners, specifically targeting the healthcare industry. In January 2019, the company completed a business combination with Universal Hospital Services (UHS), a leading provider of healthcare technology management and service solutions. Following the merger, the combined entity was renamed Agiliti and began trading on the NYSE. Agiliti provides end-to-end medical equipment solutions, including clinical engineering and onsite equipment management, to thousands of healthcare facilities across the United States. The company operated as a public entity until it was taken private by Thomas H. Lee Partners in May 2024.
