Its core product, the FDA-cleared AHI System, analyzes continuous single-lead ECG data in near real time to predict hemodynamic instability before it becomes evident in traditional vital signs. Fifth Eye originated from University of Michigan technology and operated out of Ann Arbor, Michigan. In June 2025, the company was acquired by AirStrip, and its AHI technology became part of AirStrip's broader clinical surveillance and decision-support portfolio.
