The firm provided strategic counsel to biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies regarding corporate positioning, capital markets communications, and crisis management. FD was particularly renowned for its expertise in managing high-profile industry milestones, including initial public offerings (IPOs), cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and clinical trial data disclosures.
