Findley Davies

Findley, historically known as Findley Davies, was an independent U.S. consulting firm focused on employee benefits, retirement, actuarial, and human resources advisory services rather than drug development or healthcare products. The firm served employers, public sector organizations, nonprofits, hospitals, and health systems with benefits strategy, retirement plan consulting, compensation, and administrative services. Founded in 1969, it operated across multiple U.S. offices in the Midwest and Southeast. In November 2020, USI Insurance Services completed its acquisition of Findley, after which the business became part of USI Consulting Group. It is therefore not a biotech, pharma, or life sciences operating company and does not have a therapeutic pipeline.
