Fishermen’s Hospital

Fishermen's Community Hospital is a critical access healthcare facility located in Marathon, Florida, and is a member of the Baptist Health South Florida network. The hospital provides essential medical services to the Middle Keys community, including 24-hour emergency care, inpatient and outpatient surgery, and advanced diagnostic imaging. Following its destruction by Hurricane Irma in 2017, the facility was completely rebuilt as a state-of-the-art, 37,330-square-foot hospital designed to withstand Category 5 storms. It serves as a vital healthcare hub for both local residents and the region's significant tourist population, offering high-quality clinical care in a modern, hurricane-resilient environment.
