Flexwise Health is a healthcare technology company focused on clinical workforce management for hospitals and health systems. Its software uses predictive analytics, AI, and prescriptive guidance to forecast patient demand, anticipate staffing gaps, and optimize nurse and allied-health scheduling while reducing labor costs. The company offered an intelligent, web-based platform that combined workforce forecasting, scheduling optimization, and access to flexible clinical labor pools. Flexwise was founded in 2017, merged with Prescience Health in 2020 to expand its staffing optimization capabilities, and was acquired by Aya Healthcare in June 2023.
