Florida Community Loan Fund

Florida Community Loan Fund (FCLF) is a non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that provides flexible financing and technical assistance to community-based organizations. While not a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company, FCLF is significantly involved in the healthcare sector by financing the development of community health centers, primary care clinics, and supportive housing facilities. Their mission focuses on improving the social and economic conditions of low-income communities throughout Florida by funding projects that provide essential services, including healthcare, affordable housing, and education. Since its inception, FCLF has deployed hundreds of millions of dollars to support projects that increase access to medical services for underserved populations.
