Florida Pesticide Research (FPR) was a specialized contract research organization (CRO) that provided field and laboratory research services for the agricultural chemical and biotechnology industries. Based in Oviedo, Florida, the company focused on pesticide residue studies, efficacy trials, and environmental fate assessments for a wide range of crops, including citrus and specialty vegetables. In November 2019, the company was acquired by Biotek Agriculture, a global leader in agricultural research services, and its facilities now serve as the North American headquarters for Biotek.
