Flourish Research operates one of the largest independent multi-site clinical trial networks in the US. With over two dozen sites and more than 150 investigators nationwide, they conduct phase I–IV studies across cardiovascular, metabolic, neuroscience/CNS disorders including Alzheimer’s/dementia, infectious diseases including COVID vaccines and are expanding into oncology. They are recognized for rapid patient recruitment—including diverse populations—and high-quality data delivery. Their recent acquisition of CARE expands their reach in the Southeast US and strengthens oncology capabilities. They do not develop proprietary drugs or biologics but enable sponsors’ programs to advance efficiently through all stages of development.
