FMBSU REC

The Research and Education Center of the Federal Medical-Biological Agency (REC FMBA) is a Russian state-funded scientific institution focused on the development of innovative biomedical products and advanced medical technologies. The center plays a critical role in the national healthcare infrastructure, specializing in the creation of vaccines, diagnostic systems, and therapeutic agents for infectious diseases and oncology. Notably, the institution was instrumental in developing the Convasel vaccine, a next-generation subunit vaccine targeting the SARS-CoV-2 N-protein. Beyond drug development, REC FMBA provides specialized education and training for high-level medical and scientific personnel within the FMBA system.
