FoamPartner

FoamPartner was a Swiss foam technology company focused on polyurethane-based specialty foams and engineered material solutions for industrial, mobility, comfort, consumer, and selected healthcare applications. Its portfolio included technical foams, comfort foams, and customized converted foam products used in areas such as filtration, sealing, packaging, bedding, automotive interiors, and medical-related foam components. FoamPartner was not a biotech or pharmaceutical developer and did not operate a drug pipeline; rather, it supplied advanced foam materials that could be incorporated into healthcare and medical products. The company was acquired by Recticel in March 2021 and later became part of Carpenter Co. through Carpenter's acquisition of Recticel's Engineered Foams division in June 2023. As a result, FoamPartner now appears to persist primarily as a legacy brand or former business within Carpenter's engineered foams operations.
