Fondazione Praexidia is an Italian private foundation established in 2025 to safeguard and promote Italy's strategic industrial sectors, including biotechnology, defense, and aerospace. Led by Pierluigi Paracchi, the foundation serves as a strategic think tank and a 'presidium' for small and mid-cap companies that are vital to national security and subject to Golden Power regulations. The foundation is strategically linked to Genenta Science, supporting its transition into a broader industrial consolidator known as Saentra Forge.
