AVID200 is a highly potent, isoform-selective inhibitor of TGF-beta1 and TGF-beta3 designed to neutralize these drivers of fibrosis and tumor immune resistance while sparing TGF-beta2 to avoid hematopoietic/cardiac side effects. This selective inhibition is proposed to enhance anti-tumor efficacy synergistically with immunotherapy as well as provide anti-fibrotic benefits[2][3].
