Forcura is a U.S. healthcare technology company focused on post-acute and home-based care workflow, interoperability, and care coordination. Historically, it provided cloud-based software for referral intake, document workflow, e-signature, secure communication, and data exchange across home health, hospice, physician, and other post-acute providers. Its platform has emphasized interoperability with major home-based care EHRs and AI-enhanced referral and operational workflows. In March 2025, Forcura combined with Medalogix in a transaction led by Berkshire Partners, and in October 2025 the combined company rebranded to Mosai. For biotech and pharma analysts, Forcura is best understood not as a therapeutics developer but as a commercial healthcare software asset serving the post-acute care ecosystem.
