The Forest City-New East Baltimore Partnership is a specialized real estate development entity responsible for the creation and management of the Science + Technology Park at Johns Hopkins. A joint venture originally led by Forest City Enterprises (now part of Brookfield Properties), the partnership collaborates with Johns Hopkins University and East Baltimore Development Inc. (EBDI) to revitalize an 88-acre site in East Baltimore.
