Overview

Grit Biotechnology’s lead non-gene-engineered TIL product (GT101) is in pivotal Phase 2 trials in China with a planned BLA filing in 2025. Their next-generation genetically engineered TIL product (GT201), based on proprietary expansion and gene-editing platforms to enhance efficacy and persistence of T cells while reducing IL‑2 dependence, has received IND clearance from both Chinese and US regulators. Early clinical data show stable in-vivo expansion and preliminary efficacy with a good safety profile in advanced solid tumor patients
