Overview
Fortis developed FOR46, a fully human antibody-drug conjugate targeting CD46. In Phase 1 trials for mCRPC and multiple myeloma, FOR46 showed anti-tumor activity in heavily pre-treated patients. The company completed dose escalation and expansion cohorts in both indications. As of May 2023, the sole clinical asset was licensed to FibroGen for further development; Fortis has no active pipeline post-deal. Recent results from the Phase 1 monotherapy study were published in March 2025 and support continued development by FibroGen.
