The organization focuses on three strategic pillars: accelerating the fight against childhood cancer, eliminating neglected tropical diseases such as sleeping sickness, and building health resilience against climate change in low- and middle-income countries. It operates by providing financial grants, donating essential medicines, and leveraging Sanofi's technical expertise to support sustainable healthcare systems. Through its 'My Child Matters' program, the foundation has supported over 60 projects to improve pediatric oncology care. Foundation S works in close collaboration with international NGOs, health ministries, and global health organizations to reduce health inequities.
