Four Seasons Health Care

Four Seasons Health Care was one of the largest providers of residential and nursing care homes in the UK. It also owned mental health and brain injury rehabilitation subsidiaries. After years of financial difficulties, it entered restructuring and agreed to sell all remaining freehold care homes in early/mid–2025[2][9].

As of November 2023, "Four Seasons Health Care Limited" was officially dissolved as a legal entity[4]. In February/March/June of 2025, its remaining assets were being sold to new owners as part of a restructuring process[9].

At its peak it operated over four hundred locations across England, Scotland, Wales and Jersey[2][9].
