Overview
Fovero Therapeutics has demonstrated that its lead anti-Galectin‑9 antibody, FT002, achieves complete tumor clearance and durable protection in preclinical models of MSS colorectal cancer and triple-negative breast cancer. The therapy reprograms anti-tumor immunity with a mechanistically distinct approach from other GAL9 antibodies. Their second program, FT024, targets a novel immune pathway for autoimmune/inflammatory disease; both programs are supported by over US$2M in non-dilutive funding and are progressing toward IND-enabling studies expected to begin in late 2025.
