Company intelligence / Profile preview
Frankford Hospital was a prominent healthcare system based in Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, originally founded in 1903. The system expanded significantly over the decades, establishing major campuses in the Frankford and Torresdale sections of Philadelphia, as well as in Langhorne, Bucks County. In 2009, the hospital rebranded as Aria Health to better represent its regional presence and diverse service offerings. Aria Health subsequently merged with Jefferson Health in 2016, integrating its facilities into one of the largest health systems in the Delaware Valley. The original Frankford Hospital locations continue to serve the community today as integral campuses within the Jefferson Health network.
